This Purchase Order is issued by Saigon Biomedical Research Institute to formally procure the recruitment, onboarding, and initial employment services for a qualified Laboratory Technician to be stationed at our primary research facility located in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory analyses, including but not limited to: preparation and processing of biological specimens, operation of spectrophotometers, centrifuges, PCR machines, and automated hematology analyzers; maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment; documentation of experimental results in compliance with ISO 15189:2022 standards; and adherence to all biosafety protocols mandated by the Ministry of Health of Vietnam.
The Laboratory Technician must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, or a closely related field, possess at least three (3) years of documented experience in a clinical or research laboratory environment, and demonstrate proficiency in both English and Vietnamese. The candidate must also hold a valid health certificate issued by an authorized medical facility in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, confirming fitness for laboratory work involving biological agents.

4. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Labor Code of Vietnam (2019), as amended.
- The Supplier shall deliver the qualified Laboratory Technician candidate, fully onboarded and ready for duty, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- All recruitment activities, interviews, and onboarding procedures shall be conducted at the Supplier's office or the Buyer's facility in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, as mutually agreed upon in writing.
- The Laboratory Technician shall be subject to a probationary period of six (6) months in accordance with Vietnamese labor law. During this period, the Buyer reserves the right to terminate the employment with 3 days' written notice.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmation of successful onboarding of the Laboratory Technician.
- The Supplier warrants that the Laboratory Technician shall not be under any non-compete or confidentiality obligation to a third party that would restrict their duties at the Buyer's facility in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the People's Court of District 7, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, for adjudication.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until the expiration date stated herein, unless extended in writing by mutual consent.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of a Laboratory Technician in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
