3. The remaining sixty percent (60%) shall be paid in two equal instalments: the first instalment due upon completion of the commercial lease agreement and trademark registrations, and the second instalment due upon the conclusion of the court matter or the expiry of the six-month advisory period, whichever is earlier.
4. All payments are subject to the Buyer's standard invoice verification process. The Lawyer shall submit itemised invoices referencing this Purchase Order number (PO/ABJ/2025/00472) for each payment milestone.
5. Any late payment beyond the stipulated period shall attract a penalty of two percent (2%) per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Commercial Laws of Nigeria.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Lawyer upon signature by both parties. It is issued in accordance with the procurement policies of Zenith Corporate Holdings Limited and the legal regulations governing professional services in Nigeria Abuja.
2. The Lawyer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information, documents, and matters disclosed by the Buyer in the course of this engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.

7. The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach by the Lawyer, non-performance, or insolvency. Upon termination, the Buyer shall be liable only for services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. This Purchase Order is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. If not accepted and signed by the Lawyer within this period, it shall automatically lapse and become null and void.
