This Purchase Order is issued by Hanjin Global Trading Co., Ltd. to formally request and authorize the procurement of professional legal services rendered by a qualified Lawyer at Lee & Kim International Law Office, located in Seoul, South Korea. • 6.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Lawyer's firm for the provision of legal services in Seoul, South Korea.
• 6.2 The Lawyer shall maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business strategies disclosed during the engagement, in compliance with the Korean Attorney's Act and professional ethics rules of the Seoul Bar Association.
• 6.3 The Lawyer shall devote sufficient professional time and expertise to fulfill the obligations outlined in this Purchase Order and shall not delegate core responsibilities without prior written consent from the Buyer.
• 6.4 Any additional legal services beyond the scope defined in Section 4 must be approved in writing via a supplementary Purchase Order amendment before work commences.
• 6.5 The Lawyer's firm shall provide monthly progress reports detailing hours worked, milestones achieved, and any anticipated delays.
• 6.6 Governing law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, South Korea.
• 6.7 The Lawyer shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of KRW 500,000,000, valid throughout the duration of this engagement.
• 6.8 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
