- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within the Canada Toronto jurisdiction.
- The Librarian(s) engaged under this Purchase Order shall be subject to a background check in accordance with the Ontario Child, Youth and Family Services Act and applicable Canada Toronto municipal bylaws.
- All Librarian personnel must hold a valid Canadian work permit or permanent residency status. Employment in Canada Toronto requires compliance with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. All payments shall be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via electronic transfer to a Canadian financial institution.
