1. Scope of Purchase Order: This Purchase Order is issued by the Bibliothèque Municipale de Lyon for the procurement of a full-time Librarian professional and associated services. All deliverables, personnel, and operational activities referenced herein shall be executed within the city of Lyon, France, in accordance with French labour law (Code du Travail) and the specific regulations governing the Fonction Publique Territoriale.
2. Qualification Requirements: The Librarian engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Library Science, Information Management, or a related discipline, and must demonstrate proficiency in French (CECRL Level C1 or above) to serve the public of Lyon effectively. Prior experience in a municipal or academic library setting in France is strongly preferred.
3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice from the vendor. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above.
