Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating litigation, in accordance with Spanish civil procedure law.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting the city of Barcelona, Spain.
