The Librarian shall commence duties no later than 1 September 2025 at the primary branch facility in Switzerland Zurich (Limmatquai 2). All equipment and software licenses referenced in this Purchase Order must be delivered, installed, and fully operational by 25 August 2025. The vendor is responsible for coordinating the Librarian's onboarding schedule, which includes a three-day orientation covering the Zürich Stadtbibliothek's internal systems, the Swiss public library network, and local community engagement protocols specific to Switzerland Zurich.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: 30% upon signing and confirmation of the Librarian's start date, 50% upon successful completion of the first three-month probationary period, and the remaining 20% upon the conclusion of the twelve-month engagement.
