4.1 – This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the issuing entity and the vendor for the provision of Marine Engineer services in Argentina Córdoba. All terms herein shall be governed by the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code and applicable maritime legislation.
4.2 – Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the vendor's account in Córdoba, Argentina, within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Central Bank of Argentina.
