- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. - Payment Terms: Payment for the Marine Engineer's professional services shall be made on a monthly basis within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of an approved invoice. - Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. The Marine Engineer shall be entitled to a pro-rata portion of the annual engagement fee.
