This Purchase Order is issued by Atlas Maritime Services SARL for the procurement, deployment, and ongoing professional services of a qualified Marine Engineer to be stationed at the Port of Casablanca in Morocco Casablanca. The Marine Engineer shall be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, repair, and operational oversight of all marine propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, and associated mechanical and electrical equipment aboard vessels berthed at the port facilities. 3.1 This Purchase Order is binding upon written acceptance by the Supplier. The Supplier shall confirm acceptance of this Purchase Order within five (5) business days of receipt. Failure to confirm within this period shall constitute a declination of this Purchase Order.
3.2 The Marine Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Class 1 Marine Engineer Certificate of Competency, a current STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) endorsement, and a minimum of eight (8) years of documented experience in marine propulsion and auxiliary systems. All credentials shall be verified prior to deployment in Morocco Casablanca.
3.3 The Marine Engineer shall report to the Port of Casablanca operations office no later than 07:00 local time on the first day of each month. A detailed monthly technical report shall be submitted to the Procurement Director of Atlas Maritime Services SARL by the 5th of the following month.
3.4 All work performed by the Marine Engineer shall comply with the maritime regulations of the Kingdom of Morocco, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) conventions, and the specific operational standards of the Port of Casablanca. The Marine Engineer shall adhere to all local labor laws applicable in Morocco Casablanca.
3.5 Payment shall be processed via wire transfer to the Supplier's designated bank account. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (MC-2025-04782) and shall be submitted to the accounts payable department of Atlas Maritime Services SARL in Casablanca.
3.6 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Marine Engineer shall be provided a full and final settlement of all earned fees up to the termination date, less any applicable deductions.
3.7 The Supplier warrants that the Marine Engineer shall not be engaged in any concurrent employment or consultancy that would create a conflict of interest with the duties assigned under this Purchase Order in Morocco Casablanca.
3.8 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Casablanca, Morocco, in accordance with the rules of the Moroccan Commercial Arbitration Centre. The governing law shall be the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
4. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the Marine Engineer services to be rendered in Morocco Casablanca. This document constitutes the complete and final agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein.
