- This Purchase Order is issued by Andes Digital Solutions S.A., a company duly registered in the Commercial Registry of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. All transactions governed by this Purchase Order shall be subject to the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code (Ley 26994) and applicable labor legislation.
- The vendor, Talento Ejecutivo Argentina S.R.L., confirms its capacity to recruit, place, and onboard a qualified Marketing Manager who meets the technical and professional requirements specified in the attached job description. The Marketing Manager must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, and market analytics within the Argentine and Latin American markets.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed in Argentina Buenos Aires, specifically at the company's headquarters located at Av. Corrientes 1520, Piso 12. The vendor shall ensure that the Marketing Manager candidate is available to commence work no later than August 1, 2025.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt. Payment shall be made via electronic transfer (transferencia bancaria) to the vendor's account registered in the Argentine financial system. The vendor must issue a fiscal invoice (factura A) compliant with AFIP (Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos) regulations.
