The Marketing Manager is required to commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the Queensland Digital Solutions Pty Ltd office located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. All recruitment activities, candidate shortlisting, interviews, and reference checks must be completed by the Service Provider within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The Marketing Manager shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will operate primarily from the Brisbane headquarters, with occasional travel to other Australian states as required for client engagements and industry events.
All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account nominated by Brisbane Executive Talent Group. Payment terms are structured as follows:
- 50% deposit ($118,332.50) due within five (5) business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- 40% milestone payment ($94,666.00) due upon confirmed commencement of the Marketing Manager in Australia Brisbane.
- 10% final payment ($23,666.50) due upon successful completion of the ninety (90) day probationary period.
Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Queensland Small Claims Commission or the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, as applicable.
- The Service Provider warrants that the Marketing Manager engaged under this Purchase Order shall possess a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive marketing experience, including at least three (3) years in a senior management capacity within the Australian market.
- The Marketing Manager shall be engaged in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and all applicable Queensland industrial awards, including the Marketing and Communications Industry Award 2020.
- Confidentiality obligations apply to all parties. The Marketing Manager shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any proprietary business information of Queensland Digital Solutions Pty Ltd.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by written agreement signed by authorised representatives of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
- The Service Provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AUD $10,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination prior to the Marketing Manager's commencement, the 50% deposit shall be refunded in full.
- All data collected during the recruitment process shall be handled in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
