The engagement of the Marketing Manager under this Purchase Order encompasses the full spectrum of marketing leadership responsibilities, including but not limited to: strategic marketing planning, budget allocation and management, team leadership and development, performance analytics, stakeholder communication, and alignment of marketing objectives with the company's overall business goals in the Australia Sydney market.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with Australian legal frameworks.
2. The Marketing Manager engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform all duties from the designated office located in Australia Sydney, specifically at Level 12, 200 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Purchaser.
3. The Vendor shall ensure that the Marketing Manager meets all Australian employment law requirements, including but not limited to the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), the National Employment Standards, and all applicable New South Wales state regulations.
4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Vendor. All payments shall be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via electronic funds transfer to the Vendor's nominated bank account in Australia.
5. The Marketing Manager shall be subject to a probationary period of three (3) months from the commencement date. During this period, either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice.
6. All marketing materials, strategies, client data, and intellectual property developed by the Marketing Manager during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of Meridian Digital Solutions Pty Ltd.
7. The Vendor shall maintain all necessary professional indemnity insurance, public liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance as required under Australian law for the duration of this Purchase Order.
8. Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be binding.
9. The Vendor warrants that the Marketing Manager shall possess a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive marketing experience, with at least three (3) years in a senior marketing leadership role within the Australia Sydney or broader Australian market.
10. This Purchase Order shall remain in full force and effect for a period of twelve (12) months from the commencement date, after which it may be renewed by mutual written agreement of both parties.
