- Scope of Work: The supplier shall deliver all services related to the recruitment of a Marketing Manager as described in Section 3. All candidate profiles must align with the job description approved by the Purchasing Entity and must reflect the competitive landscape of the Santiago, Chile professional market.
- Delivery Timeline: The supplier shall present the shortlisted candidates for the Marketing Manager position no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The final candidate selection and onboarding shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in two installments: fifty percent (50%) upon execution of this Purchase Order, and fifty percent (50%) upon successful placement and commencement of the Marketing Manager in the role.
