- Scope of Work: The Marketing Manager procured under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for leading all marketing functions of Innovative Solutions S.A.S. in Colombia Bogotá, including but not limited to digital advertising campaigns, social media strategy, content marketing, brand positioning, and B2B/B2C lead generation.
- Delivery Timeline: The Marketing Manager candidate must be identified, vetted, and formally presented to the Buyer within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Onboarding must be completed within forty-five (45) days.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in two installments: fifty percent (50%) upon execution of this Purchase Order and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon successful completion of the 90-day retention period for the Marketing Manager. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account in Colombia Bogotá.
- Applicable Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the commercial and labor laws of the Republic of Colombia, specifically the Colombian Commercial Code and the Substantive Labor Code (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo).
