The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and a Master's degree (MBA) is strongly preferred. Fluency in Amharic and English is mandatory; working knowledge of Oromiffa or Afaan Oromo is considered an additional advantage given the diverse linguistic landscape of Ethiopia Addis Ababa and its surrounding regions.

Payment shall be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Bole Branch, Addis Ababa. The recruitment fee (Item 1) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the successful placement of the Marketing Manager. The monthly retainer (Item 2) shall be paid in advance on the first business day of each month. Items 3 and 4 shall be invoiced and settled upon completion of the respective milestones. All amounts are exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing Ethiopian rate of 15 percent, which shall be added to each invoice.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia (Proclamation No. 286/2002) and the Ethiopian Labour Proclamation (No. 1156/2019).
2. The Marketing Manager shall be engaged under a formal employment contract compliant with Ethiopian labor law, including provisions for social security contributions to the Ethiopian Social Security Institution (ESSI) and statutory leave entitlements.
3. The vendor warrants that the Marketing Manager shall not be subject to any non-compete or confidentiality obligations from a prior employer that would conflict with the duties outlined in this Purchase Order.
4. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled within twenty-one (21) days.
5. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to mediation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Should mediation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court of Addis Ababa for final and binding resolution.
6. The vendor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 ETB throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
