- Governing Law: This Purchase Order and all associated services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.
- Payment Terms: Invoices shall be settled within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate pursuant to § 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
- Commencement and Duration: The Marketing Manager engagement shall commence on 01 September 2025 and conclude on 31 August 2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of the German Works Constitution Act (BetrVG) and applicable employment contracts.
