- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany Frankfurt.
- The Marketing Manager position described herein is a full-time, permanent role (unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis) to be performed primarily at the company's office in Germany Frankfurt, with up to 20% remote work permitted in accordance with the company's hybrid work policy.
