Terms and Conditions
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including the Contracts Act, 1961 (Act 25) and all applicable labour and commercial regulations in force in Ghana Accra.
- Payment Terms: All monthly fees and operational budgets outlined in this Purchase Order shall be paid within fifteen (15) calendar days of the end of each calendar month via bank transfer to the account designated by West Africa Talent Solutions Group. Payment shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) from the company's operating account at Ecobank Ghana, Accra branch.
- Scope of the Marketing Manager Role: The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for developing and executing the company's annual marketing strategy, managing a team of no fewer than six (6) marketing specialists, overseeing all digital and traditional media channels, conducting market research specific to the Ghana Accra consumer landscape, and presenting monthly performance reports to the Board of Directors.
- Work Location: The Marketing Manager shall perform all duties primarily from the company's registered office at 12 Independence Avenue, Ridge, Ghana Accra, with the flexibility to conduct fieldwork, client meetings, and industry events throughout the Greater Accra Region as operationally necessary.
- Confidentiality: The Marketing Manager shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary business information, customer data, marketing strategies, and financial records of Accra Horizon Enterprises Ltd. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of two (2) years.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of material breach by the Marketing Manager, the company reserves the right to terminate immediately upon written notice served in Ghana Accra.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to mediation in Ghana Accra. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre, with the seat of arbitration in Accra, Ghana.
- Tax Compliance: All payments made under this Purchase Order are subject to applicable withholding tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), and other statutory deductions as prescribed by the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). The vendor shall provide valid tax invoices for all transactions.
