This Purchase Order is issued by Apex Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the professional recruitment, placement, and onboarding of a Marketing Manager to be based at our principal corporate office located in New Delhi, India. The Marketing Manager engaged under this Purchase Order shall report directly to the Vice President – Corporate Strategy and shall be physically present at the New Delhi, India office on a full-time basis (Monday to Saturday, 09:00 IST to 18:00 IST). Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies tailored to the Indian market; managing a marketing budget of up to INR 2.5 Crore annually; leading a team of 12 marketing professionals based in the New Delhi office; coordinating with regional marketing teams in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai; overseeing brand positioning, digital advertising, public relations, and trade marketing activities; and presenting quarterly marketing performance reports to the Board of Directors. The Marketing Manager must hold a postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized Indian or international university.

The vendor shall present a shortlist of no fewer than five (5) qualified Marketing Manager candidates within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Final placement and onboarding of the selected Marketing Manager at the New Delhi, India office shall be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of issue. All deliverables shall be submitted to the buyer's Human Resources department at the Connaught Place, New Delhi address listed above.

Payment shall be made via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) or Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) to the vendor's designated bank account in India within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice.

Applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) under Section 194J of the Income Tax Act, 1961, shall be deducted at the prevailing rate and deposited with the Indian Income Tax Department. A TDS certificate shall be furnished to the vendor.
Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India, and governed by the laws of India.
This Purchase Order is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Apex Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as amended from time to time, which are incorporated herein by reference.
The vendor warrants that the Marketing Manager placed shall not be under any non-compete or restrictive covenant with any other employer at the time of joining.
All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, of India.

This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the internal procurement policy of Apex Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and has been approved by the Finance and Administration Committee. The vendor is requested to confirm acceptance of all terms and conditions by signing and returning a copy of this document within five (5) business days.
