4. Scope of Work & Deliverables

This Purchase Order authorizes PT Elite Talent Acquisition Indonesia to execute the full recruitment lifecycle for the Marketing Manager position at PT Nusantara Digital Solutions, Indonesia Jakarta. The scope includes but is not limited to: sourcing qualified candidates from the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area and beyond, conducting structured interviews (minimum three rounds), administering psychometric and competency assessments, negotiating compensation packages aligned with Indonesia Jakarta market benchmarks, and facilitating the formal employment contract in compliance with Indonesian Manpower Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003). The appointed Marketing Manager shall report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and oversee a team of no fewer than twelve (12) marketing specialists based at the Indonesia Jakarta headquarters.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Indonesia Jakarta International Arbitration Centre (IAC).
The supplier shall commence the Marketing Manager search process within five (5) business days of receiving this Purchase Order and shall provide a shortlist of no fewer than five (5) qualified candidates within thirty (30) calendar days.
All deliverables related to the Marketing Manager recruitment must be completed and the candidate must be formally onboarded at the Indonesia Jakarta office no later than 01 August 2025.
Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon Purchase Order acceptance, 40% upon successful candidate selection and contract signing, and 20% upon completion of the 30-day onboarding period for the Marketing Manager.
The supplier warrants that all information provided regarding the Marketing Manager candidate is accurate, complete, and obtained with proper consent in accordance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 Tahun 2022).
Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall be compensated for services rendered up to the date of termination.
All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be conducted in English or Bahasa Indonesia, with the English version prevailing in case of any discrepancy.
The Marketing Manager position is subject to a non-compete clause of twelve (12) months post-employment, as stipulated in the separate employment agreement.

6. Approval & Authorization

This Purchase Order has been reviewed and approved by the undersigned authorized representatives of both parties. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the recruitment of the Marketing Manager position at Indonesia Jakarta.
