1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Altai Digital Solutions LLP and Central Asia Talent Partners JSC for the provision of Marketing Manager services in Kazakhstan Almaty. All terms are governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable commercial legislation.
2. The Marketing Manager shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Altai Digital Solutions LLP and shall maintain their primary workstation at the Almaty office located at 45 Abai Avenue, Kazakhstan. All work-related communications, meetings, and client engagements shall be conducted in the Kazakhstan Almaty time zone (UTC+5).
3. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account at Kaspi Bank JSC, Almaty branch, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.1% per day as stipulated under Kazakhstan commercial law.
