• Facilitating the onboarding process for the Marketing Manager at the Kenya Nairobi headquarters, including workspace allocation, IT provisioning, and integration into the existing organizational structure.
• Providing a ninety (90) day performance guarantee period during which the Marketing Manager's strategic contributions, team leadership, and campaign execution will be evaluated against predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Delivering a detailed onboarding report to the Procurement Department of East Africa Strategic Communications Ltd. within five (5) business days of the Marketing Manager's commencement date.
