- Scope and Deliverables: This Purchase Order authorizes the vendor to recruit, vet, and place a qualified Marketing Manager who will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Digital Solutions SARL. The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies tailored to the competitive landscape of Morocco Casablanca, including but not limited to digital advertising, public relations, event management, and brand ambassadorship programs.
- Qualification Requirements: The candidate for the Marketing Manager position must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited Moroccan or international university. Fluency in both Arabic and French is mandatory, and working proficiency in English is strongly preferred given the international client base of the buyer in Morocco Casablanca.
- Payment Schedule: The buyer shall remit payment in accordance with the terms stated in this Purchase Order. Fifty percent (50%) of the placement fee shall be due upon successful signing of the employment contract by the Marketing Manager. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due upon completion of the ninety-day probationary period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's account at Bank of Africa (BMCE), Casablanca branch.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order, the identity of the Marketing Manager candidate during the selection process, and all proprietary business information exchanged in connection with this engagement in Morocco Casablanca.
- Compliance with Moroccan Law: All aspects of this Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. The employment relationship between the buyer and the Marketing Manager shall be fully compliant with the Moroccan Labor Code (Dahir No. 1-03-266), including provisions regarding working hours, leave entitlements, social security contributions (CNSS), and termination procedures specific to the Morocco Casablanca jurisdiction.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Should resolution not be achieved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court of Casablanca, Morocco.
- Validity: This Purchase Order shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of issue. If the Marketing Manager placement is not completed within this period, the vendor must notify the buyer in writing, and the Purchase Order may be extended by mutual written agreement.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or public health emergencies affecting the Morocco Casablanca region.
