Payment shall be made in three (3) instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 35% upon successful appointment and commencement of the Marketing Manager, and 25% upon completion of the 90-day integration programme and delivery of the final performance report.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's nominated account in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Remittance reference: PO-2025-WLG-0472.
Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed under the New Zealand Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1993.
All amounts are inclusive of GST at the current New Zealand rate of 15%, as administered by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD).

This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the District Court of Wellington, New Zealand.
The supplier warrants that all services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with the standards expected of a professional recruitment firm operating in New Zealand Wellington.
The Marketing Manager candidate must pass all standard pre-employment checks, including a New Zealand Police Certificate, reference verification, and any role-specific compliance requirements.
Confidentiality: All information exchanged under this Purchase Order, including candidate data, salary benchmarks, and internal company strategy, shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
This Purchase Order may be amended only by written agreement signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
The supplier shall maintain adequate professional indemnity and public liability insurance throughout the duration of the engagement.
Harbourview Digital Solutions Ltd reserves the right to cancel this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice prior to the commencement of services, subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total Purchase Order value.
