This Purchase Order is issued for the procurement of professional recruitment and placement services specifically targeting the Marketing Manager position within our Nigeria Abuja headquarters. The service provider shall be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing a qualified Marketing Manager who will oversee all marketing operations, brand strategy, digital campaigns, and market research activities for the Nigeria Abuja office and its regional branches across the Federal Capital Territory and surrounding states.

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Nigeria Abuja commercial and labour regulations.
- The service provider shall deliver the qualified Marketing Manager candidate within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made in two tranches: fifty percent (50%) upon successful placement and commencement of duties by the Marketing Manager, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon completion of the three-month integration support period.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account domiciled at a licensed commercial bank in Nigeria Abuja.
- The Marketing Manager candidate must possess a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least three (3) years in a senior management capacity within the Nigeria Abuja business environment.
- The candidate must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognised Nigerian or international institution.
- The service provider warrants that all background checks, reference verifications, and credential validations for the Marketing Manager shall be conducted in full compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
- This Purchase Order is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this document null and void.
- The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of NGN 10,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
The successful placement of the Marketing Manager shall be deemed complete upon the candidate's first day of active duty at the Nigeria Abuja office located in Maitama District. The buyer reserves the right to conduct a final verification interview prior to formal acceptance. A written acceptance notice shall be issued within five (5) business days of the candidate's commencement date.
