- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the commercial regulations of the State of Qatar and shall be governed by the laws applicable in Qatar Doha. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC) in Doha.
- The Marketing Manager engaged under this Purchase Order shall commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the designated office premises in West Bay, Doha, Qatar. The service period shall run from 1 August 2025 through 31 July 2026, subject to mutual renewal.
- Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Qatari Riyals (QAR) via bank transfer to the account specified above. Invoices shall be submitted monthly, and payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Qatar commercial law.
- The Marketing Manager shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Al Rayyan Corporate Group and shall operate exclusively within the Qatar Doha market unless prior written authorization is granted by the issuing entity. All marketing materials, campaigns, and brand assets produced by the Marketing Manager shall remain the sole intellectual property of the purchasing company.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the standard terms of Qatar Executive Talent Solutions LLC. The supplier warrants that the Marketing Manager candidate meets all professional qualifications, holds valid certifications in marketing management, and possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in the Gulf region, with at least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in Qatar Doha or equivalent GCC markets.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Marketing Manager shall be entitled to a pro-rata payment for services rendered up to the termination date, less any applicable statutory deductions under Qatar labor law.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order and the employment of the Marketing Manager shall be handled in compliance with the Qatar Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and applicable data privacy regulations in Qatar Doha.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of the Marketing Manager services described herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter in Qatar Doha.
