- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Teranga Corporate Solutions SARL (hereinafter "the Buyer") and West Africa Talent Partners SARL (hereinafter "the Supplier") for the procurement of recruitment, onboarding, and professional development services related to the Marketing Manager position in Senegal Dakar.
- All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed in accordance with the labor laws of the Republic of Senegal, the regulations of the Dakar business district, and applicable West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU/UEMOA) directives.
- The Supplier shall deliver the shortlisted candidate profile for the Marketing Manager role within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Final onboarding of the Marketing Manager in Senegal Dakar shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days.
- Payment shall be made in CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account. Payment terms: 40% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful onboarding of the Marketing Manager, and 20% upon completion of the training and compliance milestones.
- The Marketing Manager shall be based at the Buyer's headquarters located in the Plateau district of Senegal Dakar and shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The role encompasses brand strategy, digital marketing campaigns, market research, and team management for the West African operations.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Dakar, Senegal.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal. All communications regarding this order shall be directed to the procurement department of Teranga Corporate Solutions SARL in Senegal Dakar.
- The Supplier warrants that all services rendered under this Purchase Order for the Marketing Manager engagement shall be performed with professional diligence, confidentiality, and full compliance with data protection standards applicable in Senegal Dakar.
