- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from Meridian Talent Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
- Payment shall be effected via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the vendor's designated bank account in South Africa.
- A 25% deposit (R 99 331.25 incl. VAT) is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- 50% of the remaining balance is due upon successful placement and commencement of the Marketing Manager in Cape Town, South Africa.
- The final 25% balance is due upon completion of the 90-day onboarding period and satisfactory performance confirmation.
- All amounts are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15% as prescribed by the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
- The Marketing Manager shall commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the Atlantic Crest Holdings office, 45 Loop Street, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa.
- All recruitment activities referenced in this Purchase Order must be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of issue.
- The Marketing Manager is expected to work a standard 40-hour week (Monday to Friday) in the Cape Town, South Africa office, with occasional travel to other South African regions as required.
- Any delay in commencement attributable to the vendor shall result in a penalty of R 2 500.00 per calendar day, deducted from the outstanding balance.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town, Western Cape.
- The Marketing Manager placed under this Purchase Order shall be subject to a standard employment contract in compliance with the South African Labour Relations Act (Act 66 of 1995) and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (Act 75 of 1997).
- Meridian Talent Solutions (Pty) Ltd warrants that the Marketing Manager candidate meets all qualifications, experience, and competency requirements specified in the role profile attached as Annexure A to this Purchase Order.
- A replacement guarantee of ninety (90) days applies: should the Marketing Manager resign or be terminated for cause within the first 90 days, the vendor shall provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost.
- All personal information processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013, of South Africa.
- This Purchase Order may not be assigned or sub-contracted without the prior written consent of Atlantic Crest Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
