- Payment Terms: 50% (R 69,575.00) due upon successful placement and commencement of the Marketing Manager in the Johannesburg office; 50% (R 69,575.00) due upon completion of the 90-day onboarding period. Payment to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's South African bank account within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice receipt.
- Delivery / Commencement Date: The Marketing Manager is expected to commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the Sandton, Johannesburg office.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995 and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act 75 of 1997.
- Confidentiality: All candidate information, salary negotiations, and internal business strategies related to the Marketing Manager role shall remain strictly confidential in compliance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013).
- Warranty: The supplier warrants that the Marketing Manager candidate shall meet all stated qualifications and experience requirements. Should the candidate resign or be terminated for cause within twelve (12) months, the supplier shall provide a replacement at no additional charge.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Johannesburg, South Africa, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 42 of 1965.
- Cancellation: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of cancellation after the candidate has been shortlisted, a non-refundable fee of R 25,000.00 (excl. VAT) shall apply.
