This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nile Corporate Solutions Ltd. to formally procure the services of a qualified and experienced Marketing Manager for a twelve-month fixed-term engagement. The Marketing Manager shall be based at our principal office in Sudan Khartoum and will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing all marketing strategies, brand campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and market research activities across the Sudanese market. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will manage a team of no fewer than six (6) marketing specialists and two (2) junior coordinators.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al-Nile Corporate Solutions Ltd. and Blue Nile Executive Recruitment & Staffing Agency for the procurement of Marketing Manager services as described herein.
- The Marketing Manager shall commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the Sudan Khartoum office premises. Any delay beyond this date shall incur a penalty of 2,000 SDG per business day.
- All payments shall be made in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1. Invoices must be submitted within ten (10) business days of the end of each calendar month.
- The Marketing Manager must comply with all applicable Sudanese labour laws, including the Sudanese Labour Act 2010, and all local regulations governing employment in Sudan Khartoum.
- A minimum notice period of sixty (60) days shall apply to either party wishing to terminate this Purchase Order or the underlying Marketing Manager engagement, except in cases of gross misconduct.
- The Marketing Manager shall be bound by a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement for a period of twelve (12) months following the conclusion of the engagement, specifically protecting Al-Nile Corporate Solutions Ltd.'s proprietary marketing data and client relationships in Sudan Khartoum and the broader Sudanese market.
- All deliverables, campaign materials, and strategic documents produced by the Marketing Manager during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive intellectual property of Al-Nile Corporate Solutions Ltd.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Sudan Khartoum in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act, and the governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of the Sudan.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within thirty (30) days of the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Marketing Manager in Sudan Khartoum.
