- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ankara, Turkey.
- The Marketing Manager services described herein shall commence no later than 1 August 2025 at the designated office in Çankaya, Ankara, Turkey. The supplier shall ensure the Marketing Manager is fully onboarded and operational within thirty (30) calendar days of the start date.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful onboarding of the Marketing Manager in Turkey Ankara, and 30% upon completion of the first quarter of service delivery. All payments shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account.
- The supplier warrants that the Marketing Manager shall possess a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive marketing experience, with at least three (3) years in a senior or managerial capacity within the Turkish or Central Anatolian market. Fluency in Turkish and professional proficiency in English are mandatory requirements.
- All equipment and software listed under Item No. 03 and 04 shall be delivered, installed, and configured at the buyer's premises in Turkey Ankara within ten (10) business days of the Purchase Order acceptance date.
- The Marketing Manager shall report directly to the Regional Director, Central Anatolia, and shall be responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing strategy for the Ankara region, managing a budget not to exceed TRY 2,400,000 annually, and producing monthly performance reports.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the supplier shall refund any unearned portions of the Marketing Manager retainer on a pro-rata basis.
- All data, strategies, and intellectual property developed by the Marketing Manager during the engagement in Turkey Ankara shall remain the exclusive property of Anadolu Digital Solutions A.S.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of the Marketing Manager services and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
