- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Federal Commercial Transactions Law and the applicable regulations of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development.
- The Supplier shall deliver the Marketing Manager candidate, fully vetted and ready for onboarding, no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the Purchasing Party's principal office located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- Payment of the total amount of AED 236,775.00 shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, in accordance with the VAT regulations of the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates.
- The Marketing Manager's employment contract shall be a separate agreement between the Purchasing Party and the appointed individual. This Purchase Order covers only the recruitment, assessment, and onboarding services provided by the Supplier.
- Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order, the identity of the Marketing Manager candidate, and all proprietary information exchanged during the recruitment process, in compliance with UAE data protection legislation.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both authorized representatives and remains valid until the completion of all obligations herein or the expiry date stated above, whichever is earlier.
