All duties shall be performed in compliance with the labor laws and commercial regulations of the United Arab Emirates Dubai jurisdiction.

• 25% advance payment (AED 139,781.25) due within seven (7) business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order.
• Monthly retainer payments shall be processed on the 25th of each calendar month via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in the United Arab Emirates Dubai financial district.
• Remaining 25% balance shall be due upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period of the Marketing Manager.
• All payments are subject to the presentation of valid tax invoices compliant with the Federal Tax Authority regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

• This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon written acceptance by both parties.
• The Marketing Manager shall be subject to a minimum twelve (12) month contractual commitment. Early termination by either party shall incur a penalty equal to three (3) months of the retainer fee.
