1. Scope of Services: This Purchase Order covers the full recruitment, placement, compensation, benefits, and ongoing administrative management of a Marketing Manager position at Meridian Digital Solutions, Inc.'s United States New York City headquarters. The Marketing Manager shall report to the CEO and shall be responsible for all marketing operations, including but not limited to digital marketing, content strategy, public relations, event planning, and market research within the New York metropolitan area.
2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the vendor. All payments shall be processed in United States Dollars (USD) via wire transfer to the vendor's designated bank account in the United States New York City.
