This Purchase Order is issued by Tashkent Digital Solutions LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Central Asia Talent Partners OOO (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the recruitment, placement, and onboarding of a qualified Marketing Manager to be based in Uzbekistan Tashkent. The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, overseeing brand positioning, and leading a team of no fewer than six (6) marketing specialists within the Buyer's Tashkent headquarters.
The Marketing Manager candidate must possess a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in marketing management, with at least three (3) years in a senior leadership capacity. Fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English is mandatory. The Marketing Manager shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Buyer and shall be physically present at the Buyer's office located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, for a minimum of five (5) working days per week.

All amounts are stated in Uzbek Som (UZS). Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) of 12% shall be added to the total as per the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Terms and Conditions- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and all applicable regulations of the city of Tashkent. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Tashkent City Arbitration Court.
- Payment Terms: The Buyer shall remit payment in three (3) installments: 40% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful placement and commencement of duties by the Marketing Manager, and 20% upon completion of the 90-day integration period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's account at a licensed commercial bank in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- Performance Timeline: The Supplier shall present a shortlist of no fewer than three (3) qualified Marketing Manager candidates within twenty-one (21) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order. The final placement of the Marketing Manager shall be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days.
- Warranty and Replacement: In the event the placed Marketing Manager resigns or is terminated for cause within the first ninety (90) days of employment, the Supplier shall, at no additional cost, provide a replacement Marketing Manager candidate meeting the same qualifications within thirty (30) days.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order, the identity of the Marketing Manager candidate, and all proprietary information exchanged during the recruitment process in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or public health emergencies affecting Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- Compliance: The Supplier warrants that all services rendered under this Purchase Order, including the recruitment and placement of the Marketing Manager, shall comply with all labor, immigration, and tax laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the regulations of Tashkent city administration.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
This Purchase Order constitutes a binding procurement commitment for the recruitment and placement of the Marketing Manager position in Uzbekistan Tashkent. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this document.
