This Purchase Order covers the full scope of services required to identify, evaluate, and onboard a qualified Marketing Manager candidate who meets the organizational requirements of our Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City office.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by TalentBridge Recruitment Vietnam JSC. The vendor must confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days of receipt of this Purchase Order.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful placement of the Marketing Manager candidate, and 20% upon completion of the 30-day onboarding period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Compliance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order must comply with the Labor Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Personal Data Protection Law, and all applicable municipal regulations of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The vendor warrants that all recruitment activities for the Marketing Manager role will be conducted ethically and in full legal compliance.
- Confidentiality: The vendor agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the identity of the Marketing Manager candidate, internal compensation structures, and all proprietary information of Apex Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. throughout the recruitment and onboarding process in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Quality Standard: The Marketing Manager candidate must demonstrate proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and team leadership. The candidate must be proficient in both English and Vietnamese to effectively manage operations in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City and coordinate with regional stakeholders.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. If the vendor does not accept within this period, this Purchase Order shall be considered void and may be reissued.
