Terms and Conditions
1. This Purchase Order is issued by Mason Construction Supplies Pty Ltd, a registered company in the State of Victoria, Australia, and governs the supply of all materials listed herein for the Mason Tower Commercial Development project located in Melbourne, Australia.
2. All materials must comply with the Australian Standards (AS/NZS) applicable to structural, fire, and thermal performance as specified in the Mason project documentation. Non-compliant materials will be rejected at the supplier's cost.
3. Delivery must be made to the designated site address in Melbourne CBD, Australia, within the specified delivery window. Late delivery beyond 27 June 2025 will incur a penalty of 0.5% of the affected line item value per calendar day, capped at 5%.
4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier, in accordance with the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) legislation administered by the Australian Taxation Office.
5. The supplier warrants that all goods supplied under this Purchase Order are new, of merchantable quality, and fit for the purpose specified by Mason Construction Supplies Pty Ltd for the Melbourne project.
6. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to Mason Construction Supplies Pty Ltd upon delivery and acceptance at the Melbourne site. The supplier is responsible for all transit insurance until such acceptance.
7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) or the Supreme Court of Victoria, Melbourne.
8. No variation to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless confirmed in writing by both parties. Mason Construction Supplies Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust quantities by up to 10% without issuing a revised Purchase Order.
