All masonry materials supplied under this Purchase Order must be manufactured in Brazil and must carry the INMETRO certification mark where applicable. Mason Alvenaria & Estruturas Especiais S.A. shall ensure that all mason workers assigned to the Brasília site hold valid professional registration (CREA or CFT) and comply with Brazilian labor regulations (CLT – Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho). The supplier shall provide a minimum 12-month warranty on all structural masonry work performed. Any defects in masonry workmanship or material quality discovered within the warranty period shall be rectified at the supplier's sole expense within 15 business days of written notice. Delivery of all materials shall be made to the project site in Brasília, Distrito Federal, during standard working hours (07:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday). The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance during transit, and compliance with the traffic and environmental regulations of the Federal District of Brasília.
This Purchase Order constitutes a binding commitment upon signature by both parties. By signing below, the supplier acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to furnish all masonry materials, labor, and services as described herein in accordance with the specifications, timelines, and quality standards stipulated for this Brasília construction project. Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
