The Mason and his team shall report to the site no later than 07:00 AM on each working day (Monday through Friday) and shall observe the noise and work-hour restrictions imposed by the São Paulo municipal ordinance (Lei Municipal nº 16.402/2016). Work hours are limited to 07:00–18:00 on weekdays and 07:00–13:00 on Saturdays. No masonry work shall be performed on Sundays or public holidays in Brazil São Paulo without prior written authorization from the Buyer.

Payment for the Mason services shall be made in monthly progress installments, due within 15 (fifteen) business days following the Buyer's written approval of the completed work for that period. The first installment shall be due upon completion of the structural brick masonry (Item 01). A final payment of 10% of the total contract value shall be withheld as a retention guarantee and released 90 days after final acceptance, provided no defects in the Mason's workmanship have been identified. • All Mason personnel must hold valid work permits, social security registration (CNPJ/CPF), and comply with Brazilian labor law (CLT) and occupational safety regulations (NR-18 for construction).
• The Mason shall maintain full civil liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for the duration of the contract.
