- Scope of Purchase: This Purchase Order covers the supply of all mason and masonry materials listed above for the construction of a six-story residential building located in the Envigado corridor, Medellín, Colombia. All mason blocks must comply with the Colombian technical standard NTC 402 for masonry units and NTC 150 for Portland cement.
- Delivery Location: All mason materials shall be delivered to the construction site at Calle 30 # 48-22, Barrio La Floresta, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, loading, and unloading within the Medellín metropolitan area. Delivery must be completed no later than July 04, 2025, in three scheduled lots.
- Quality Assurance: The supplier guarantees that all mason blocks, cement, and aggregate materials meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the Colombian National Construction Code (Código Técnico de la Construcción). Certificates of conformity and batch test reports must accompany each delivery of mason materials.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt, via bank transfer to the supplier's account in Colombian Pesos (COP). A 2% discount applies if payment is made within fifteen (15) days. Late payments shall accrue interest at the maximum rate established by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.

- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated work stoppages in Antioquia, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Medellín region.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
- Environmental Compliance: All mason materials must be sourced in compliance with Colombian environmental regulations (Ley 99 de 1993). The supplier must provide documentation confirming that aggregate and sand extraction was conducted under valid environmental permits issued by the Corporación Autónoma Regional del Valle de Aburrá (CRA).
