Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made by bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the supplier's designated account. The payment schedule is as follows: 30% advance payment upon confirmation of this Purchase Order by Mason Construction & Stoneworks Ltd., 50% upon delivery and acceptance of all materials at the France Marseille site, and the remaining 20% within 30 days of final invoice issuance. • This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Marseille, France.

• Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be agreed upon in writing by both Mason Construction & Stoneworks Ltd. and the supplier. Verbal agreements shall not be binding.
• The supplier shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all goods in transit to the France Marseille site, including cargo insurance and public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 5,000,000.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government-mandated closures affecting the France Marseille region, shall temporarily suspend obligations under this Purchase Order without penalty to either party.
• This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all obligations have been fulfilled or until the expiry date stated above, whichever comes first.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order.
