The following terms govern this Purchase Order for Mason services in India Bangalore:

Commencement Date: The Mason contractor shall mobilize the full team to the India Bangalore project site no later than 22 June 2025. Work shall commence within 48 hours of mobilization.
Completion Timeline: All masonry and plastering work shall be completed within 180 calendar days from the commencement date, subject to weather conditions and client-approved schedule revisions.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly progress installments. The Mason contractor shall submit a detailed progress report and invoice by the 5th of each month. Payment shall be processed within 15 working days of invoice approval via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1.
