The mason contractor, Khorasani Mason & Stoneworks Co., must demonstrate a minimum of fifteen (15) years of documented experience in structural and decorative masonry work within Iran Tehran and the surrounding provinces. The lead mason supervisor assigned to this Purchase Order must hold a valid certification from the Iranian Ministry of Roads and Urban Development. All mason workers deployed on-site in Iran Tehran must possess appropriate occupational health and safety training certificates and must comply with the labor regulations enforced by the Tehran Municipal Labor Office.
Payment under this Purchase Order shall be made in three (3) installments: (a) thirty percent (30%) upon signed acceptance of this Purchase Order and commencement of mason work on-site; (b) fifty percent (50%) upon completion of all structural masonry and plastering phases, subject to interim inspection by the buyer's engineering team; and (c) the remaining twenty percent (20%) upon final acceptance, delivery of the masonry certification, and clearance of all punch-list items. All payments shall be processed in Iranian Rials (IRR) via bank transfer to the account designated by the mason contractor. Late payments beyond fourteen (14) calendar days shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Iranian Central Bank.
All masonry materials referenced in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the project site located at Enghelab Square, District 1, Iran Tehran, no later than the dates specified in the project schedule. The mason contractor is responsible for the transportation, unloading, and secure storage of all materials on-site. Site access for the mason crew shall be available Monday through Saturday, 07:00 to 17:00 local time, in accordance with Iran Tehran municipal noise and construction regulations. No masonry work involving heavy machinery or cutting operations shall be performed on Fridays or during public holidays observed in Iran Tehran.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and any disputes arising from its execution shall be resolved through the competent courts of Iran Tehran.
- The mason contractor warrants that all masonry work shall be free from defects for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance.
- All materials used in the masonry work must comply with the Iranian Standards and Quality Organization (ISIRI) specifications. Substitution of materials requires prior written approval from the buyer.
- The mason contractor shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for the entire duration of the Purchase Order.
- Any modification to the scope of masonry work under this Purchase Order must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties before execution.
- The mason contractor shall comply with all environmental regulations of Iran Tehran, including proper disposal of masonry waste, dust control, and noise mitigation measures.
