- Delivery: All mason materials listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the designated site in Iraq Baghdad no later than 28 June 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, loading, and unloading at the Al-Karrada Phase II mason project site.
- Quality Assurance: All mason bricks, cement, and aggregate must comply with Iraqi Standards and Specifications (IS 1012) for masonry construction. The supplier shall provide mill certificates and batch test reports for every delivery of mason materials.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of confirmed receipt and inspection of all mason supplies. A 10% advance payment will be issued upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 90% is due upon final delivery and sign-off by the site mason supervisor.
- Inspection & Rejection: Al-Rafidain Construction & Mason Services Co. reserves the right to inspect all mason materials upon arrival in Iraq Baghdad. Any defective, damaged, or non-conforming mason products will be rejected at the supplier's expense, and replacement must be arranged within 5 working days.
- Warranty: The supplier warrants that all mason materials are new, unused, and free from manufacturing defects. A minimum 12-month warranty applies to all mason sealants and steel mason tools.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to political instability, sanctions, or natural disasters affecting the Iraq Baghdad region.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes arising from this mason materials supply agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Baghdad, Iraq.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue. The supplier must confirm acceptance in writing within 5 working days.
