7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events as defined under Kazakhstan law, including but not limited to earthquakes, severe weather events affecting Almaty, or government-imposed restrictions.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the Arbitration Court of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
9. Insurance: Mason shall maintain comprehensive construction all-risk insurance and workers' compensation insurance for all masonry personnel on site throughout the duration of the project.
10. Compliance: Mason certifies that all personnel engaged in masonry work at the Almaty site shall hold valid work permits and comply with all labor and safety regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
