- Delivery and Execution Location: All masonry work and material deliveries shall be made to the project site located at Av. Javier Prado Este 1250, San Isidro, Peru Lima. The Mason contractor is responsible for transporting all materials and equipment to the designated site within the Lima metropolitan area.
- Timeline: The masonry work shall commence on July 1, 2025, and must be completed no later than December 15, 2025. Any delays attributable to the Mason contractor shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in four (4) equal installments of PEN 325,724.25 each, due upon completion and inspection approval of each project phase. Payment will be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Mason contractor within fifteen (15) business days of invoice approval.
- Quality Standards: All masonry work must meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the RNE (Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones) and the technical drawings approved by the project architect. - Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, including seismic events common to the Peru Lima region, government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Acceptance must be confirmed in writing by the Mason contractor within this period.
