All materials and mason labor services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the project site located at 78 Mabini Street, Intramuros District, Philippines Manila, 1004. The Mason crew shall report to the site at 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time on each scheduled workday. Delivery vehicles must comply with the traffic regulations of the City of Manila and the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) of the Philippines. All goods must be inspected upon arrival at the Philippines Manila site by the buyer's designated site engineer before acceptance is granted. Any damaged or substandard masonry materials shall be rejected and replaced by Mason Construction Materials & Services, Inc. at no additional cost to the buyer within five (5) business days.
Terms and Conditions- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice issuance, via bank transfer to the account of Mason Construction Materials & Services, Inc. at BDO Unibank, Philippines Manila branch. A 10% advance payment is required upon signing of this Purchase Order to secure material allocation.
- Quality Standards: All masonry materials must conform to the Philippine National Standards (PNS) and the specifications outlined in the project blueprint. Mason labor must hold valid licenses issued by the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
- Warranty: Mason provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all masonry work performed under this Purchase Order. Any structural defects in bricklaying, mortar joints, or plastering discovered within the warranty period shall be remedied at Mason's sole expense.
- Compliance: All operations under this Purchase Order shall comply with the labor laws of the Republic of the Philippines, the building codes of the Philippines Manila local government unit, and environmental regulations set by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by typhoons, earthquakes, government-mandated closures, or other events beyond reasonable control, as commonly experienced in the Philippines Manila region.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Construction Arbitration Center.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this document null and void.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the masonry works and materials to be supplied and performed by Mason Construction Materials & Services, Inc. in the Philippines Manila area.
