Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Singapore Singapore Infrastructure Development Pte. Ltd. and is directed to Mason Masonry & Stoneworks Pte. Ltd. for the supply, delivery, and installation of masonry materials and related services within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore.
- All materials supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with the Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards and the Mason product quality specifications as outlined in Appendix A of this document.
- Delivery of all items shall be made to the designated project site located at 45 Raffles Place, Singapore Singapore 048621. Mason shall bear full responsibility for safe transport and handling of all stone materials within Singapore Singapore.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order by Mason; 50% upon delivery and inspection of materials at the Singapore Singapore site; 20% upon final completion and sign-off of all masonry works.
- Mason shall provide a minimum 12-month warranty on all supplied stone products and a 24-month warranty on all installation and workmanship services performed in Singapore Singapore.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the laws of Singapore Singapore and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Mediation shall be attempted first in accordance with the Singapore Centre for Mediation guidelines.
- Mason shall maintain adequate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance of no less than SGD 5,000,000, for all operations conducted within Singapore Singapore under this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order shall not be considered binding until signed and stamped by both parties. Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and countersigned by authorized representatives of both Singapore Singapore Infrastructure Development Pte. Ltd. and Mason Masonry & Stoneworks Pte. Ltd.
- All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the contact persons listed above. Electronic communications via email shall be deemed valid for all operational matters related to this Purchase Order in Singapore Singapore.
