- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al Noor Construction & Development LLC (hereinafter "the Client") and Al Faisal Mason & Stoneworks Contracting LLC (hereinafter "the Mason Contractor") for the execution of all masonry, stoneworks, and tiling services as described in the line items above at the project site located in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
- The Mason Contractor shall commence work no later than 1 July 2025 and shall complete all masonry activities by 30 September 2025. Any delay beyond the stipulated completion date shall attract a liquidated damages charge of AED 15,000 per calendar day, subject to a maximum cap of 10% of the total Purchase Order value.
- All masonry materials, including granite, marble, sandstone, concrete blocks, mortar, and sealants, shall be of the quality and specification approved by the Client's project architect and shall comply with the building regulations enforced by the Abu Dhabi Municipality and the Department of Municipalities and Transport in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
- The Mason Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, no-objection certificates, and safety clearances required to carry out masonry works at the project site. The Mason crew must hold valid UAE work permits and pass the site-specific safety induction before commencing any work.
- Payment shall be made in three milestones: 30% upon commencement and delivery of materials to site, 40% upon completion of 60% of the masonry works as verified by the Client's site engineer, and the remaining 30% upon final handover, snagging clearance, and issuance of the completion certificate. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-AD-2025-00487) and include a valid VAT invoice.
- The Mason Contractor shall maintain comprehensive third-party liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all personnel on site throughout the duration of the contract. Certificates of insurance must be submitted prior to the commencement date.
- All workmanship shall be warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in masonry bonding, alignment, finishing, or waterproofing discovered within the warranty period shall be rectified by the Mason Contractor at no additional cost to the Client.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
- The Mason Contractor shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols as mandated by the Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health Centre (ADOSH). Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension of work and termination of this Purchase Order.
